    Step One Make a new file that is square (this example uses 80*80 pixels). Fill it with any color.
    Step Two Draw a bunch of lines in the square.
    Step Three Select FILTER/OTHER/OFFSET and enter in 1/2 of the width or length (40 for this example). And then select WRAP AROUND.
    Step Four Now click on FILTER/NOISE/DUST & SCRATCHES. Radius = 5 and Threshold = 0.
    Step Four Now click on FILTER/NOISE/ADD NOISE and type between 25-45.
    Step Five Save the background and you're done. Look at the results below. Note: If you still notice a seam, repeat steps 3 & 5. This should get rid of any excess seams.
